Overview This website, try-avanta.com, is operated by VG Ventures LLC ("Avanta", "we", "us", "our") and runs on Shopify. These terms apply to anyone who visits the site or buys from it. By using the site you accept these terms and the policies they refer to: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy. We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

1. Using the store You must be of legal age where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the site. You may not use it for anything unlawful or send harmful content such as malware. We may end your access if you do.

2. General conditions We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Information other than your payment details may travel unencrypted, while payment details are always encrypted. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

3. Accuracy of information We do not guarantee that the site is complete, accurate or current, so please do not rely on it as your only source for a decision. Content can change at any time.

4. Prices and changes to the service Prices can change without notice. We may change or discontinue any part of the service at any time and are not liable for doing so.

5. Products and supplement information Avanta Calm is a dietary supplement. Information on this site is for general education and is not medical advice. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, have a medical condition (including a kidney condition), or are planning surgery. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you have an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions. Some items are online-only and in limited supply. Returns follow our Refund Policy. Colors on screen may not match exactly. We may limit sales by person, region or quantity.

6. Orders and accounts An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse it, limit quantities, or cancel an order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. You must give us accurate and current information.

7. Subscriptions If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. The price, frequency and discount are shown before you buy. How to skip, pause and cancel is explained in our Subscription Policy.

8. Third-party tools and links We do not control or endorse third-party tools or websites. They are provided "as is", and any complaint about them should go to the third party.

9. Comments and feedback If you send us comments, reviews or ideas, we may edit, publish and use them without payment or confidentiality. You are responsible for what you send, including that it is accurate and yours to share.

10. Personal information We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and, for health-related information, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

11. Errors We may correct errors in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping or availability, and may cancel an order because of an error, even after purchase.

12. Prohibited uses You may not break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, send false information, upload malicious code, scrape data, send spam, phish, or bypass the site's security.

13. Disclaimers and limits of liability The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by law are not affected.

14. Indemnification You agree to defend and hold harmless VG Ventures LLC and its owners, employees and partners from third-party claims that arise from your breach of these terms.

15. Severability, termination and entire agreement If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Either party may end the agreement. These terms and the policies they refer to are the full agreement between you and us.

16. Governing law and disputes Wyoming law and applicable US federal law govern these terms. If you have a dispute, please email info@caeyo.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. You and we each waive the right to bring or join a class action. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small-claims court. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
