This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you visit try-avanta.com or buy from us. VG Ventures LLC ("Avanta", "we", "us") operates this site.
What we collect
- Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and cookies.
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number and payment details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Subscription information: your plan, delivery schedule and payment method.
- Messages you send us, and reviews you submit.
Cookies we use Necessary cookies keep the site and your cart working. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used. Advertising and social cookies let us measure our ads and show relevant ones on platforms such as Meta and Google. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before we use them.
How we use your information To process orders and subscriptions, ship products, provide customer support, screen for fraud, improve our site, and send you service messages. We send marketing emails only where you have agreed or the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with Service providers that help us run the store, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, and email and support tools. Analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta. Authorities when the law requires it, and a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control We do not change how we collect data when a Do Not Track signal is sent. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@caeyo.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Data retention We keep order records as long as needed for tax and legal purposes. We delete other data on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Children and security This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
