Returns and refunds If you are not satisfied with Avanta Calm, email us at info@caeyo.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the price of the product. This is our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because Avanta Calm is a consumable supplement, you may return it opened or unopened.

Before you return anything Please email us first with your order number. We will send return instructions and the address to use. Packages sent without contacting us first may not reach the right place, and we cannot be responsible for them.

Change of mind If you are returning an order because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. The original shipping fee is not refunded.

Defective, damaged or wrong items If your order arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. You can choose a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return shipping if a return is needed.

Refund timing Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.

Free gifts If your order included a free gift, please return the gift with the order. Otherwise its value may be deducted from your refund.

Order cancellations You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships, for a full refund. Email info@caeyo.com with your order number. After an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

Subscriptions Cancelling a subscription stops future orders. It does not refund orders that have already shipped, except under the 30-day guarantee above. See our Subscription Policy for how to skip, pause or cancel.
