Payment Policy

Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

Currency

Prices and charges are in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may add its own currency conversion fees.

Taxes

Sales tax may apply based on your location and purchase. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Secure payments

Payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify and its PCI DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. A confirmation email from info@caeyo.com serves as your receipt. If you choose a subscription, we charge your payment method on each renewal date, as explained in our Cancellation and Subscription Policy.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, duplicated or incorrect, please email info@caeyo.com first, before disputing the charge with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped after payment is approved. See our Shipping Policy for timing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page, which takes effect when posted. By buying from try-avanta.com you agree to the current policy.
